When I got into the insurance industry 6 years ago, I had no idea what to expect. I was 29 years old, it was new and exciting, and I was eager to hit the ground running. Now, it’s no longer new to me, but it is still just as exciting. I have loved every year more than the last. There is nothing like the feeling you get when someone puts their trust in you, to insure their most important assets. Except maybe the smile on their face after you’ve saved them money on their premium! Although I work on both commercial and personal insurance, I especially enjoy the commercial side of things. I regularly have clients tell me they had no idea what their coverages were until they spoke to me. I always do my best to explain things thoroughly and make sure the client knows what they are entitled to. I’ve always said, whatever you do, do it well. Insurance is what I do, and I’m happy to say, I do it quite well.

Barry J. Wayne
Barry J. Wayne is a licensed Canadian insurance broker who has helped people with their life and accident insurance, estate planning and financial needs for over 20 years. Born in Toronto, ON, Barry completed his education in Bachelors of Arts. He started working in 1978 as a loan manager with TD Canada Trust in Southwestern Ontario and then in 1993 as a senior life agent and trainer for newly licenced agents with Metlife. Thereafter, he worked with Sunlife, and then as an insurance broker for Eagen Insurance. Aside from working, Barry’s vacation ideas revolve around motorcycles and camping.
